- All packages must be delivered to the Main Office at Room 7500 Collins, #120. ID required to retrieve packages.
- A Package Handling Fee applies.
Hotel Policies:
- Non-Smoking Property: Beachside Apartment Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and/or possible eviction.
- Housekeeping Service: Full housekeeping service is provided after 3 days of your stay. Additional requests before the 3rd day can be arranged by notifying the front desk.
- Damaged Items: Any damage to linens or towels will be charged to the guest's security deposit. No exceptions.
- Liability Notice: The hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended.
- Luggage Policy: Due to liability and safety concerns, we are unable to hold guests' luggage. Thank you for understanding.
- Pets Policy: Pets allowed for a $150 non-refundable fee.

- Please note: Parking is managed by the City of Miami Beach and enforced 24/7.
Metered Parking:
Metered parking is available near Collins Ave. Use the ParkMobile App to pay for parking.
Towing Warning:
Be cautious of Tow-Away-Zone signs and private parking zones. Your car will be ticketed and/or towed if parked in unauthorized areas.
